Your role
 
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for the French market in the Natural Specialty Business Unit (NSBU), working in the headquarters based in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, who will report to the Customer Service Manager, to be responsible for managing a two-person team dedicated to active sales and ensuring exceptional service in the Order to Cash processes and customer service.
 
What will you do?
  • Provide comprehensive management of orders, billing, collections, and off-invoice promotions.
  • Define and monitor sales and Order to Cash KPIs, proposing and executing improvement actions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through all contact channels by implementing continuous improvements in service processes.
  • Provide ongoing training on products and sales techniques, ensuring autonomy in daily operational management and effective issue resolution.
  • Implement CRM actions, proactively call customers to identify opportunities, increase revenue, acquire new clients, and retain the existing portfolio.
  • Work closely with sales, sales development, and logistics departments to improve operational efficiency and resolve issues promptly.

 

What are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years as a coordinator of an active sales call center and order to cash management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change and new ways of working.
  • Fluent in French
